Regular full day tours usually last for about 8 hours. The half-day tours usually last about 4 hours. On private tours the duration is the same, except when they are tailor-made tours. In this case, there might be the possibility to book one seat in a regular tour. If there are no seats available, you can book a private tour, with a driver and guide just for you!

In our General Terms and Conditions, you can read in full our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Cancellation 7 days before the beginning of the tour or reserved experience gives place to the refund of 100% of the total amount paid, after deducting all fees/expenses charged for the monetary transactions. The cancellation with a prior notice of 6 to 3 days from the beginning of the tour or reserved experience gives place to the reimbursement of 70% of the total amount paid, after deducting all the fees/expenses charged for the monetary transactions. The cancellation 48 hours prior to the beginning of the booked tour gives place to the reimbursement of 50% of the total amount paid, after deducting all the fees/expenses charged by the monetary transactions. Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the beginning of the tour or payed booked experience will give place to a refund of 15% of the total amount paid, after deducting all fees/expenses charged for monetary transactions. Absence on the day of the tour or experience will not entitle you to any refund. Brand Tours reserves the right to cancel or change its activities at any time for reasons unrelated to Brand Tours or whenever it is justified, such as extreme weather conditions, if safety conditions are not met, connected service providers to our activities change their conditions (dates of excursions, prices, inclusions, age requirements, etc.). In this regard, we will inform the holder of the reservation as soon as possible in order to schedule a new date for the realization of a new tour or experience. In case the Customer does not have availability to re-schedule, the refund will be of 100%, in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you have chosen to purchase a Gift Voucher or a reservation with an external operator and if Brand Tours cannot provide this tour or experience, the refund is of 100%, in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
